A Strategic Point of Entry

The BDA bridges the public and private sectors to advance viable commercial activity in Bermuda. We support investment by connecting clients with the right people—across government, regulators, and the full spectrum of industry service providers, including legal, accounting, fiduciary, and advisory professionals—while clarifying what is possible within Bermuda’s legislative and regulatory frameworks. In doing so, we directly support the objectives of Bermuda’s Economic Development Strategy.

We also convene business leaders through hosted events such as the Bermuda Risk Summit and targeted sector roundtables, strengthening collaboration and helping to grow Bermuda’s investment ecosystem.

Our work is anchored in relationships, insight, and trust. While we do not replace legal or commercial advisors, we help open doors, align stakeholders, and build the momentum needed to move initiatives forward.

Clarity, Context, and Connections

The BDA provides free, confidential concierge-style services to help investors and businesses establish in Bermuda with confidence. Our role is facilitative — offering clarity, context, and connections to ensure a seamless transition and long-term success.

We complement, not compete with, the island’s outstanding network of world-class service providers. By working together, we help clients navigate Bermuda’s policy frameworks, engage with Government, and integrate into the local ecosystem.

Our support includes tailored sector and market intelligence, customised visit programmes and location searches, and guidance on immigration, visas, and work permits. We also assist in securing on-island partnerships, recruiting local talent, and providing introductions to trusted advisors. Clients benefit from coordinated access to regulators and Government officials, as well as communications support to raise visibility.

Through participation in BDA events, overseas delegations, and networking opportunities, we ensure your entry into Bermuda is coordinated, strategic, and primed for growth.

This role helps identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and connect stakeholders to the people and resources they need to succeed. Whether supporting a new investment, aligning on shared priorities, or navigating regulatory processes, the Stakeholder Relationship Manager ensures businesses have a reliable partner on the ground.

By staying close to market needs and maintaining open lines of communication, we help keep Bermuda’s investment ecosystem connected, informed, and ready to grow.

Through platforms like the BDA Leadership Exchange, we bring together decision-makers to share insights, shape solutions, and promote collaboration. This work helps create an environment where investment can thrive, and where innovation and growth are supported by a clear, trusted regulatory framework.
